A southern girl, from Mobile, Alabama, got lost in the Rocky Mountains and found her real home. As a child, church performances dared Faith to dream more...0 of a life and career in the entertainment world. She began writing songs and performing live whenever she had the chance. A graduate of the University of South Alabama, Faith’s drive to touch and change the world resulted in a bit of a detour when she earned a Nursing degree but music and performing won out. Trained in guitar, piano, flute, and cello this vocalist, songwriter, and musician, joined forces with Music Industry veterans Jason Pennock as co-writer/producer and Camille Barbone as artist developer. The team is preparing Faith for mainstream music industry success with a unique brand of Alternative Pop music. Faith has gigged throughout the U.S, performing in clubs, and festivals throughout the West, Midwest, and in the Rocky Mountain area.

In this era of rapidly developing artificial intelligence, creatives across the world are sounding the alarm. Screenwriters, copywriters, more...0 journalists, poets, and novelists are all watching a familiar story unfold: a world that already undervalues their labor is racing to replace it with something cheaper, faster, and altogether less human. Like so many technological shifts before it, the ringing of the AI bell cannot be unrung. That leaves those of us doing the deeply human work of writing with a choice: resist or adapt. Yet, perhaps, there is a third path that will allow us to engage with this new technology critically and creatively. Join us for an honest, writer-centered conversation about ChatGPT as an instrument we may choose to use with care, to fine-tune our own unique vision, rather than as a replacement for the creative process. Together, let us explore what this technology can do: spark ideas, assist with structure, untangle messy drafts, and provide invaluable (if somewhat dubious) research assistance. And we’ll discuss just as candidly what ChatGPT and similar AI assistants cannot do: capture lived experience, create emotional truth, or tell your unique and authentic story. Held at The Art Center in Grand Junction.

Her medium is acrylic paint with the addition of acrylic ink, oil pastels and other extra tidbits. Her style is best described as bold and figurative abstract. Stacia is a Grand Junction based artist who is self taught with the influence of several successful artists and she paints with an intuitive and soulful vibe. She has sold widely nationally nationally as well as internationally. Come be surrounded by art which is meant to cause a pause and a ponder.
